At Colt’s Plastics, Sustainability is our Responsibility
The management team at Colts is continually working to meet the ever-changing needs in the packaging industry and assist our customers in meeting their sustainability goals.
This Is Being Accomplished By:
Use of materials that currently have a recycling stream such as PET, Polypropylene and Polyethylene materials in many of our stock items.
Use of PCR resins throughout stock jar and cap product line.
Use of non-petroleum materials with 30% sustainable wood pulp used in many of our closures.
Working closely with our material suppliers to ensure that we are processing the most up to date green materials.
Sustainability materials are used in all new development.
We have completed the EcoVadis score card and earned a Silver Metal.
